In St. Petersburg, a ceremonial tree planting took place on the "International Trade Alley" — the first space in the city dedicated to the export community. The event was held in Fyodorovsky Square as part of a citywide cleanup day. The organizers of the ecological initiative were the ANO "St. Petersburg Export Support Center" and the Committee for Industrial Policy, Innovations and Trade of St. Petersburg. The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Chair of the Committee Olga Goryshina and the General Director of the Export Support Center Maria Ershova. The company "Ekoten," as an active participant in foreign economic activity, joined the tree planting. Now, in Fyodorovsky Square, there grows a named linden tree of the company, symbolizing the enterprise's contribution to the development of the export sector. A total of more than 10 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in St. Petersburg joined the initiative. The care for the new alley will be provided by the "Frunzenskoe" Gardening and Park Enterprise, which will help preserve the trees as an important part of the city's landscaping within the "Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment" project. Participation in such initiatives highlights the commitment of the company "Ekoten" to the principles of social responsibility and strengthens partnership ties with key export support institutions in St. Petersburg.
