The patented development of «Ecoten» was discussed on the website of the Directorate for the Support of Industrial Projects of St. Petersburg. The material is dedicated to obtaining a patent for a compression knitted product with a special design of the heel part.

The patented design does not have a separate heel pocket. The symmetrical design allows the product to be worn without determining the front and back sides and without aligning the heel of the sock with the heel of the foot. This solution simplifies putting on the garment and helps reduce the likelihood of incorrect positioning of the knitwear. When the foot moves, the fabric takes the necessary three-dimensional shape in the heel-ankle zone. At the same time, the graduated distribution of compression pressure is maintained — the main principle of medical compression knitwear. The convenience of putting on is especially important when preparing for surgery and during the recovery period when medical staff assist patients in putting on hospital knitwear. The range of hospital knitwear «Ecoten» includes anti-embolic stockings IDEALISTA ID-380 with a silicone-based rubber band. The stockings are available in first and second classes of compression. The elastic fabric stretches in different directions, making it easier to put on, and the opening in the toe area allows for monitoring their condition during surgeries and childbirth. The need for the product, the class of compression, and the wearing regimen are determined by the doctor.
